Lauren tailored an individualized program for me over several months with breathing techniques, exercises, and body alignment strategies that successfully prepared me for a hip replacement. My physical therapists and doctor say that it's because of my pre-op work that I've made tremendous progress.

I stopped using any walking aids on day six post-surgery, and at four weeks I was able to walk two miles and participate in a dance rehearsal with my dance troupe. I found Lauren to be very knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, personable and flexible in her scheduling.
