Pop- Up Mat Class

Experience a 55 minute Pilates mat class infused with functional movement, a little bit of mindfulness work, and fun, upbeat music. This is an all level class so I will give modifications if necessary, and I'd encourage you to refrain from signing up if you're currently battling a back or neck injury. You do not need to bring a mat or any other props. Have a water bottle and good energy upon entering the studio, and let's HAVE FUN!
