About the event
This event is meant to take your energetic field, within and around your body, into a state of equalibrium. The holidays can be stressful with family expectations, to-do lists and year end quotas/deadlines, but this is the very time when we should be slowing down and simply "being" NOT "doing"!
You will experience 30 minutes of:
- Biofield tuning with sound therapy tuning forks
- Guided chakra opening meditation
- Movement therapy to activate the chakras and release stuck energy
- Sound bath to hit specific chakras for more balance
